Refund policy

GENERAL PROVISIONS

By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and other applicable legal regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product or service.

In the event that the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer in writing within 3 (three) days from the date of becoming aware of this situation and to refund the total amount paid by the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days.


FAILURE TO PAY FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT

If the Buyer does not pay for the product or service purchased, or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to provide the service shall cease.


UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CREDIT CARD

After the service fee has been paid and the training process has begun, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons, and the related bank or financial institution does not pay the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to pay the amount subject to the contract to the Seller within 3 (three) days.


DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of unforeseen force majeure circumstances that prevent the timely delivery of the product, the Buyer shall be informed. In such cases, the Buyer has the right to:

  • Cancel the order,

  • Request a replacement product,

  • Postpone delivery until the force majeure condition ends.

If the Buyer cancels the order, the payment shall be refunded in cash within 14 (fourteen) days from the cancellation date if the payment was made in cash. If the payment was made via credit card, the product amount will be refunded to the respective bank within 14 (fourteen) days. However, the bank may take 2-3 weeks to reflect the refund to the Buyer's account.

RETURN CONDITIONS

If exercising the right of withdrawal results in the purchase amount falling below the promotional campaign threshold, the campaign discount will be canceled.

Cancellation in Educational Activities

The cancellation and refund terms for registrations made for courses, trainings, congresses, symposiums, and conferences are as follows:

  • Cancellations made 30 days before the event: 20% of the total fee will be deducted.

  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event: 30% of the total fee will be deducted.

  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the total fee will be deducted.

  • Cancellations made 2 days or less before the event: No refund will be issued.

Note: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.


CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal does not apply and no refunds are given for the following products and services:

  • All types of online group or one-on-one educational/training activities, seminars, courses, etc.

  • Any information provided at the beginning or end of training

  • Deposit payments


DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the Buyer is in default in credit card payments, they acknowledge responsibility for any interest or fees arising from the agreement with their bank. In such a case, the respective bank may take legal action and demand legal costs and attorney fees from the Buyer.

The Buyer agrees to compensate the Seller for any damages and losses incurred due to their default.


PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment can be made through the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer or EFT: Payments can be made to any of our company’s bank accounts.

  • Credit Card: Online payments can be made through our website by credit card.

During online payment, the amount will be charged to your credit card once the order is completed.
