Shipping

1) Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

You can make a payment via Bank Transfer or EFT to any of our Turkish Lira (TRY) accounts at Garanti Bank or Yapı Kredi Bank.


2) Online Credit Card Payment

You can benefit from single or installment payments using your credit card via our website. At the end of your order, the payment amount will be charged to your credit card through a secure transaction.
In case of order cancellations due to possible stock issues or customer requests, the refund will be processed to your credit card within 14 business days.


3) Order Payment Refunds

If your order is canceled for any reason, Atolye Atasehir – Meb İç ve Dış Ticaret Ltd Şti will refund the full amount to your bank account and/or credit card within 3 business days.
However, you must provide your correct and complete bank account and/or credit card information to our finance department to ensure the refund is processed smoothly.


4) Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day. For products that require additional sourcing time, the shipping time is 3 business days, as specified on the product page.
If any delay is expected, you will be notified accordingly.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your daytime address is provided as the delivery address.
Your order will be processed based on the delivery method selected at checkout.
Products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based office via contracted courier companies. Once your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the courier within 2 business days at the latest.
If you require alternative delivery conditions, please consult our customer representative.
Note: Delivery services are available only within Turkey.


5) Payment Tracking

If the payment system encounters a problem and the transaction cannot be completed, you will be notified on the payment page.
If there is an error in the provided delivery address, our team will contact the buyer to resolve the issue.
After your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to verify that the email address you provided is valid.
We are responsible for ensuring the delivery of your order not only to you but also to the bank systems we use for credit card transactions.


Important Notice!

Please inspect packages you believe may be damaged during shipping in the presence of the courier.
If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept the package and ask the courier to issue a damage report.
Once the product has been accepted, it is considered that the courier has fulfilled their responsibility.

If the product is damaged:
Please send a copy of the damage report to us as soon as possible at info@atolyeatasehir.com.
Once we receive this, we will promptly begin the necessary processes to arrange a new delivery.

If possible, please briefly explain the reason for the return in your email. This will help us improve our service and product quality.
